The Camp Story

“Pure, unpretentious safari magic in one of the most game-dense wilderness corners of the African continent.”

Now proudly part of the SUJÁN collection, Old Mondoro is the Lower Zambezi's most intimate safari retreat. Accommodating just eight guests in open-sided chalets with canvas blinds, the camp immerses visitors directly in nature. Elephants wander through camp to feed on winterthorn pods, leopards stalk through the surrounding groves, and the starlit African night envelops you in complete tranquility.
